Return Policy


We at Moni Love want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us.  Please read our return policy below: 

We are happy to accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:

Our policy is active for 14 days from the date your item is shipped.  After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Your return must be received by our store within 14 days of your ship date.  All items must be returned in new sellable condition ie:  unworn, unwashed, with no signs of wear; with original tags if any still attached.  If your return item has been washed or has visible make-up, deodorant, or any other markings or fragrance that renders it unacceptable to resell, they will not be accepted as a return and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.  In this case, the customer is responsible for communicating with Moni Love staff to arrange for the return of the item. 

If an item is sent back out of the above policies, we will not be able to contact you. 

You may not return jewelry, CBD products, accessories such as sunglasses, beanies, scarves, gloves, belts, leggings, customized items, beauty/wellness products, nor pre- Sale/Order/Paid, items. 

You may not return items in which you have used a coupon savings of 20% or more during the check out process as we need to move merchandise to make room for new items! 

We carefully inspect all outgoing merchandise, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective,  we need to be notified within 48 hours for a full refund.  If your items are damaged by the postal service, you need to file a claim with the carrier.

Notification past the 2 day return window,  will not be eligible for a refund by Moni Love.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.  All shipping fees are nonrefundable.  We encourage you to add tracking on your package, although you may use the most economical shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost in the shipping process.  For this, you must file a claim with the appropriate postal carrier.

You will receive an email with your store credit information.  Amount of store credit will be what you paid, minus the shipping fee that is typically between $7.95 on up, determined by weight.

Moni Love is not responsible for contacting you should you decide to return a package out of policy.
